PHP connect my phpmyadmin in my iis server

Hello, I created a phpmyadmin in my iis server on windows server 2012 r2 and need to create a login form. It will connect to the phpmyadmin (e.g. : phpmyadmin.123abc.com). When I pressed the login button, it will verify the password isn’t correct. If connect failed, it will show “Connection failed!”.

I can access phpmyadmin on my domain using browser, but when the php access to my phpmyadmin domain, it will show “Connection failed!”, how to fix that.
