Getting started on picking solar options. What should I watch for?

In NJ – Finally hopping on the solar bandwagon. I am looking to get quotes from a few companies.

Suntuity, SunPower, Trinity solar, and Tesla for a 7.2 kw system.

I met with one sales rep who quotes a 7.2 kw system for 27K, with .99 -1.99 financing for 12 or 25 years. (They do all the work.) 25 year parts/labor warranty.

The same kw system from Tesla was quoted at 16.7K, but 4.49% for 10 years.

Still gonna check 2 more companies.

Are there things I should be looking for? I’ve seen stuff about dealer markups.

Are there tricks or catches I should’ve wary of with those companies?

Is there a best way to go about financing? 1.99 is a lot better than 4.9, but not for $10K more.
