Is it worth taking out a loan for Solar panels in Minnesota with only 4 peak Solar hours per day?

Hello, I’m from Minnesota and have been thinking about getting a loan to install Solar panels on my own house when I noticed that Minnesota only gets 4 peak sun hours per day. I currently pay over $250 per month for electricity. With Minnesota only getting that much sun hours per day. Is it simply not worth it to take out a loan to install some roof panels?
