Enphase IQ8A + 500W Bifacials (flush mounted to roof)

Curious on people’s thoughts about IQ8A’s and 500W panels. I live in Iowa and have a system being installed in several months.

Yes, I know bifacials are not going to get me any extra power mounted flush to the roof, but the installer gave me a pretty good deal on them (cheaper than any other quote I can get).

Will I have lots of clipping since these (IQ8A) are rated at 349VA? Enphase themselves state good for up to 500 watts. I’m curious if I should ask for a change and get IQ8H (and offer to pay the difference).

I’ll have 12 panels facing south, 8 panels facing east, and 4 panels facing west (12KW of panels).
