Tesla PPA – the panels weren’t working for 3 months, they still charged me monthly and now a huge true up bill

I bought a house with a Tesla PPA. All was going well, but in December the system stopped working and it needed a repair, which took Tesla 3 months. The whole time the system wasn’t producing, yet they still charged me up to $70 a month those three months nothing was produced. And now that there was no production, my true up is estimated to be at $1200

I plan to talk to Tesla tomorrow. Do you think I am owed anything? Just want to have some arguments ready
