Powerwall quotes

Question: I recently received a quote from one of my local solar companies to get two batteries installed. I had my solar installed by them about 4 years ago and have had no issues. The quote for 2 batteries (Tesla Powerwall 2.0) was $39,700 w/out incentives. Thinking that seemed very high I put a request in through Tesla and for the same system with installation w/out incentives the quote was $24,156. Is it normal for a Tesla quote for this service to be this much lower than a solar company? Has anyone had Tesla batteries installed on an already existing system and what was your experience like?
