Need new roof – costs to remove and reinstall existing solar panels? Can this be DIY’d?

We need a new roof and just moved into this house. It is unfortunate as it’s a cost we weren’t expecting (bad roofing job). Anyways, the company who installed the panels said it’d be about $7300 to remove/reinstall the panels with a new structural frame (they won’t use the original frame they installed). Another company said it’s about $300/panel and we have 18 solar panels.

Can this be DIY’d at all? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as the cost to replace our roof was a surprise and now that we’re getting prices to just remove/reinstall the panels it’s really a bummer.

Thanks all!
