PG&E True up with SJCE

I am a PG&E Solar customer with generation from San Jose Clean Energy. There are two true up dates, one from PG&E, and another from SJCE. The SJCE true up date is in April. I am on the NEM 1.0 program. For PG&E true up, the date is in November. Would it be financially beneficial to move PG&E true up date to a later date? The bill shows YTD NEM charges around -$500. But this credit will become $0 once trued up.

I have paid in the range of $10-ish MDC per month. Since winter months are coming and there will be some heating charges, I was thinking may be it is beneficial to move PG&E true up date. But I do not fully understand what part of the NEM charge is to SJCE, and what part to PG&E. Any explanations would be appreciated.
