Sembcorp Industries acquires wind power assets in China and India for $200 million; signs agreements with Envision Energy Co Ltd and Leap Green Energy Pvt Ltd to acquire 428 MW of wind power assets; Sembcorp Energy (Shanghai) Holding Co Ltd to acquire Qinzhou Yuanneng Wind Power Co Ltd for $130 million, which owns 200 MW of wind assets in Guangxi, China; Green Infra Wind Energy Limited to acquire two special purpose vehicles from Leap Green Energy for $70 million, which own 228 MW of wind assets in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan, India.
