cTrader does client need to be open when you set automatic partials?

So I opened a trade and I set it to close 20% at 20 pips profit, then close another another 30% at 40 pips profit, move SL to breakeven at 60 pips profit and then close the rest of the order at 80 pips profit.

After these partials were set I closed client and like 4-5 hours when I opened client I noticed on the charts that price moved 50 pips in my direct and then retraced back to 5 pips in profit but the 2 profit targets at 20 pips and 40 pips were not triggered.

When I opened the client I could still see that the partial targets were still showing but not activated. I am new to cTrader and this was my first partial target trade on cTrader.

Was this a bug? or do I need to have client open for the partials to tigger? Thanks for reading.
