Anyone ever expanded on a legacy Enphase system? I have a site with the old M215s and we’re ready to add more capacity. I understand the new IQ based M215s advertise backward compatibility, but I’m wondering about the IQ7s as well.
In this particular case, I can add the IQ based m215s to the original circuit, but I’m also contemplating adding a circuit of IQ7s and am wondering if the IQ based micros will need a new envoy as well, or if they will work with the legacy envoy.
Thoughts?
