Powur VS Sunpower

I am looking to make a decision on who to go with for my install and looking for some insight from the group here. Just to note I will be financing this.

Powur will install a 12.865 kw system using a mission 415 w panel for 32k after applying the FTC which comes out to 2.49 per watt.

Sunpower will install a 12.325 kw system using a M 425 w panel for 46000 after the applying the FTC which comes out to 3.73 per watt. (There are other finance options available odds are I will be moving within 5 years I picked this one since it was the median financed amount)

Has anyone worked with Powur and the Mission panel and if so how has your experience been?

Is the Sunpower name, product, and backing worth the extra cost?
