Anyone cashing on Solar Renewable Energy Credit (SREC) in Massachusetts / New England

I got my Solar up and running and got an email from SRECTrade.

This email is a notification that the transfer of your 6.32 kW solar photovoltaic facility “John R located at XXXXX has been initiated to you by Venture Home Solar, LLC on SRECTrade.

I created the account and is in pending.

I live in RI and this is set up in MA.

Massachusetts Class I RECs (New England), based on this RI, CT, NH, VT, ME are eligible.

The prices for MA are good, but my installer said that I will be around $50 per SREC. I see around $300 per SREC in below link. What am I missing.? Is any body in New England cashing out SREC’s.? Please shed some light here.
