Solaredge System w/ DIY battery backup

So I am having solar installed in the next few months.

I opted to not do battery backup due to the insane prices of an installed system.

But ive been researching a lot, and the signature solar line is pretty nice and affordable, from what I can tell. 5-6 batteries in a rack for like 10k or less.. I can get behind that for 30kw of power.

couple questions that raises for me.

1. Trying to piece together what I would need besides the battery and racks etc… some sort of disconnect etc.. but any other major hardware pieces?
2. With a system pushing this kind of power, with 30kw of stored power the intention would be to NOT have a critical loads pane at all, and just run the house as normal. I use about 69kw a day on average, which is high.. but if SHTF I can definitely bring that down considerably. I can just turn off breakers if need be in a pinch

We are not in a major time of use state (iowa) so I wouldnt likely be using the batteries every day. I think the main use would be when the zombies come I want to make sure I can keep the lights and AC / Heat on etc.

Any flaws in my logic here? Will those inverters work with this battery system? Im very new to all of this, so I appreciate the assistance. Thank you
