Gathering quotes in Kentucky

Thoughts on these quotes? I’m gathering quotes to compare for a PV system. My electric bills for the past year are averaging 1111 kWh per month. I’m not interested in a battery backup at this time. I have a gas furnace and water heater. The first company I got a quote from suggested a 10.3 kW system with 29 Logi panels and a SolarEdge inverter, saying it would produce 102% of my yearly energy. Cash price $27,032.

The second company said the first company wasn’t not accounting correctly for shading and suggested a 14.1 kW system with 38 Silfab panes and 19 APsystems microinverters, saying this would generate 116% of my yearly energy. Cash price $37,000.

Both offer a 25-year, $0 down, 1.99% APR loan.
