What’s the state of Tesla Vision?

I have the choice to upgrade to 2022.20.9 which transitions from radar to vision only. Since I use AP a lot, I really don’t want it to become unusable as I’ve been reading around here. I barely have problems with the radar, I rarely get phantom breaking (from once a week to once a month).

I read it’s not usable on hilly roads and when a truck passes by in the opposite direction on non-separated roads. Are those the only issues? Other than this, how is it on freeways?
