Does anyone know of an inverter which can operate as an online, double conversion UPS?

In other words – install it without PV panels, just batteries and grid connection. When there is the grid, it will convert AC to DC to charge the battery, then separately pull power from the battery to drive an inverter and bring it back to AC.

I’m in Europe, 3 phase 3*230V needed.
