Solar breaker tripping after install?

Hello,

After install day they turned on to check and have permit cleared and notice the 6 panel array is tripping the breaker on the Enphase envoy.

They said the panel breaker (quad with bar I think it’s called) was sensitive and had to be pushed at the same time to power on solar.

Anyways this 6 panel is kicking the breaker, at first they thought breaker then maybe kinked romex. Romex ran through attic.

Going on almost 2 weeks and holidays/ppl sick aren’t helping,been great til now. Should be here tues/weds

Anyone have something like this happen?
