Enphase support is a complete joke

For the last three months my installer has been troubleshooting with Enphase to get my new solar installation online. The installer has came out multiple times and went through troubleshooting with Enphase support on the phone. Each time they hit a dead end and Enphase support says they need to order a modem or attempt a 2 day software update. Finally, on December 8th Enphase admitted that they needed to RMA the main Envoy switch ( which we all pretty much had surmised after the 3rd troubleshooting visit). Fast forward to January 5th and they have still not shipped the replacement switch. It is likely going to be 4+ months without having my very expensive solar system working. I have lost all patience with them at this point and wish I had not gone with Enphase hardware.
