I currently have an enphase system, 18 IQ7A, and I’m going to be adding more solar, 25 IQ8A, with enphase batteries this year.
The place I have installing the new system said that they recommend only using the IQ8A and not the IQ7A microinverters to charge the batteries. The sales guy said it would be more efficient to have just the IQ8As charge the batteries.
Does any know if this is true?
