Are the Sunpower M425s the most efficient solar panels in SoCal?

I have a quote for a 10kw system (35k gross cost) from Sunpower. They cost about 20% more than other quotes but they generate about 10-15% more kwh per year (same sized system with same panel locations on roof) than every other company. Is there any other company installing panels as efficient or even more efficient as these? I’ve heard of 440 or 450w panels. Any downside to these panels such as the microinverters in them?
