If smaller watt panels cost less per watt, is there any reason to get higher watt panels?

I have two quotes from the same supplier:

  • 34x QC365W panels for $39,091.50 (12410 watts total, $3.15 dollar per watt)
  • 31x QC400W panels for 40,300.00 (12400 watts total, $3.25 dollars per watt)

So the smaller panels are a better deal. Is there any reason I would still get the bigger panels?
