mySolarEdge app says my inverter has a screen even though it hasn’t

Hello everyone. We recently put solar panels on our roof and everything is working great except for one thing: the app believes my inverter has a screen even though it hasn’t.

If I try to use the “Inverter Status” or the “Inverter Communication” function inside the side menu in the mySolarEdge app on my phone it prompts me to scan the QR code which is on the inverter (SolarEdge SE5000H). After scanning the QR code the app tells me those functions are not supported by my inverter because they are only for inverters without a screen and tells me to use the screen on my inverter, the problem is that my inverter has no screen (the installers used the default white plastic box and attached it on the wall, and there is no screen inside because I saw the internals before the box was closed). I would like to be able to use the “Inverter Communication” function in the future to change the WiFi the inverter connects to if I change my network settings (if there is another way to do it without using this function please let me know). Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone else ever had this problem? How did you solve it? Thanks very much

Note: everything in the installation process was done by a company, I didn’t DIY anything. I am using the latest app version on Android 13
