Why my solar inverter doesn’t cut off grid power completely in morning despite having enough solar power to manage house load and charge batteries together?

Hello. My inverter source mode is set to SBU (Solar>Battery>Utility). It seems to be managing load on Solar+Grid and charging batteries on Solar as charging mode is set to Only Solar. Its been couple of days since I have installed the 3.2kw system.

Just to make sure if I have enough juice from panels, I turned off the grid breaker which caused fluctuation for a second and load was totally shifted to solar and batteries were charging as well simultaneously . Then I turned the grid breaker back ON and now it completely runs on solar and grid was disconnected. I cannot do it manually on daily basis so I am worried that in day time, I dont wanna use grid at all.

Please help and guide. Thanks.
