Had a consultation with a rep from Climax Solar (I live in SW Michigan) yesterday and was quoted $75,000 (specs listed below) before federal incentives. That seems insanely expensive to me – or is that about right?
- Install 400W Sunpower-brand panels (20 total) > $52K
- Ground mount system > $5K
- Install 13kW Sunpower-brand backup battery > $18K
