Growatt SPH10000TL3 (hybrid inverter range) owners question

Advertisements

I am looking for some fellow owners of the Growatt SPH-series hybrid inverters, which are willing to provide some values obtained via RS485. For this the meterbox, meter should also be installed and connected.

From my personal experience with this device I have noticed the following:

  1. the claim that this device does not have backflow is invalid.
  2. the claim that this device is able to provide unbalanced three phase output is invalid, the device acts like any previous Growatt grid tried inverter, meaning that if phase 1 is loaded, above output, output of the other phases are not ‘reduced’ to provide the output required to meet the load for phase 1.
  3. the RS485 output seems to not able to provide the correct local load. R power to local load works, but T and S values are completely off. The same goes for T and S values for power to grid.

Now Growatt is eager to make this a warranty claim, without even answering the questions if they consider this behavior broken. I would like to know if any other owners perceive the same behavior.
