How long is PTO taking with SCE (SoCal) now?

I’ve read it was taking 2-3 months regularly Q2 2023. I read some now getting it in days. My NEM app was deemed valid in March and I finally got installed.

Also, is there any real risk of issues if you turn on the solar when you’re using all the electricity produced?
