‘Absurd and motivated’: India rejects Canadian allegation over Hardeep Singh Nijjar’s killing

India has rejected allegations made by the Canadian government linking it to the assassination of Khalistani leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar. The Indian government stated that the allegations of its involvement in the violence were “absurd and motivated” and aimed at diverting attention from Khalistani terrorists and extremists who are given shelter in Canada.
