Looking for advices on solar distributors/Installers in Costa Rica

I’m looking for a solar system around 20kW for a container rooftop solar Project in Costa Rica, however, I am not familiar with the solar market. Does anyone have personal experience or professional knowledge of the government policy, the recommendation for solar distributors/installers, solar modules, and mounting systems for a flat rooftop?

Does Costa Rica have incentive programs for solar projects?

I have already talked to some solar distributors like Avolta Energy, CR Energy, and ElectroGreen.

By the way, is it really cheaper to do a solar project in Costa Rica than the US?
