Kejriwal has been asked to appear before the central probe agency on January 18. The latest summon comes after the Delhi CM refused to appear before the ED for the third time on January 3. In response to the summons, Kejriwal expressed his willingness to cooperate with the investigation but declined to appear on the summoned date, considering the notice ‘illegal’. The Delhi CM was also summoned by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in April last year, in connection with the case.
