McDonald’s says after Maha FDA accuses fast food giant of using veg oil

Amid allegations of using substitutes instead of real cheese, McDonald’s had its license suspended by the Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for a specific outlet in Ahmednagar. In response, the fast-food giant removed the term “cheese” from items at that location, and the Maharashtra FDA is pushing for corrective actions on a broader scale.
