I have a 5kw SolarEdge Inverter running 4.8kw of panels. The system is about 4 years old.
I’d like to add another ~5kw of panels but I want to switch to Enphase/IQ8+s.
Can I run the AC output of the SE through the Production CT in the Enphase Combiner box, and how would that affect the monitoring experience?
The SE obviously won’t communicate like a microinverter of PLC with the Gateway, but the CT should still pick up the output, no?
