Final Decision of quote bidding

1. Lumina, $2.876/watt, 6.56kW system, 16X REC 410, IQ8M
2. Celestial Solar Innovation, $3.010/watt, 6.56kW system, 16X Panasonic 410, IQ8M
3. Solar Energy World, $2.830/watt, 5.68kW system, 16X Longi 355, IQ8

Lumina and Solar energy world are bigger companies and Celestial is a very small local company where I work with the owner directly. Review wise, they all seem to be comparable?

Would love to hear some tips to make the final decision.
