Help me decide! REC vs Panasonic, Ironridge vs Unirac PV Quick Mount Roof System

A little background: I bought a house in S. California with a 4.76kw solar system (14 Panasonic 340w panels with enphase iq7x inverters) but it is not enough to cover my energy use. I am aiming to increase to a total of 10kw. As far our my roofing goes, I have a concrete tile roof. the underlayment was only replaced under the existing solar system so I will have to replace the underlayment on the rest of the roof. I have a 100amp panel which has been derated from 125amp. Would like to upgrade to a 200amp service but will require trenching which can be upward to $10k.

Most knowledgeable installer out of all of them. First to give the suggestion for a Hawaiian tie in panel which others did not suggest which I had to mention to other installer which they all agree to the best option instead of upgrading to 200 amp. Can install the system in 2 weeks. Good reviews.

Installer 2 Panasonic EVPV400H Evervolt wit iq8plus inverters @ $2.75/watt This installer will use Unirac quick mount PV system Mid size company. Most review are positive been some have reported problems. Installation in about 6 weeks.

I’m leaning towards installer 1 with the REC panels but have been going back and forth between the two installers. Any advice would help. Also, between the ironridge and Unirac roof mounting system, which is best for a concrete tile roof? Really want to make sure there are no leaks or other roofing problems after installation.
