Solaredge Backup Interface – Generator Information?

Basically, all the options I have for Solar are Enphase, SunRun, and SolarEdge. They are the only options with “qualified installers” for the Energy Storage Solutions program that pays for most of the battery.

Don’t want Enphase because the battery capability is limited (3kW per battery vs 7kW with LG Chem), and more expensive. Still looking into SunRun.

With SolarEdge, it seems like the Energy Hub with Prism and Backup Interface incorporates the Power Plant controller, Energy Meter, Automatic transfer switch.

In exploring SolarEdge, the Backup Interface can accept Generator Input – With “supporting inverter firmware”. Ok, so which inverters are compatible?

Also, what are the capabilities of the system? Can the generator charge the batteries? Can the Backup Interface start/stop the Generator? A/C or DC Generator? I could not find any installation or use information on the generator capabilities.
