Enphase battery install, firmware update microinverter FAIL

Existing 46 panel installation, Rec with IQ7+ microinverters. System worked well for 1+ year, had a local installer quote and install 2 x IQ Battery 10 on August 1-3. Battery installation went fine, batteries are currently working. During the installation a firmware update was sent to the IQ7+ microinverters, resulting in more than 20 dropping off. Installer came out repeatedly to troubleshoot while on the phone with Enphase. Eventually they removed all the panels off the roof, and now claim Enphase is not returning phone calls and cannot move forward.
