“Grid Fault” shown on my SMA Sunny Boy SB 3800TL-US-22 inverter (SunPower panels)

I’m very new to solar power. My house which I recently purchased has Sun Power solar panels and SMA Sunny Boy inverter installed by the previous owner. I have not really paid much attention to the inverter since it is on an exterior wall outside the house, and SunPower says there is no way for them to track the data in such a way that I can monitor it on their website or on their app.

But today, I decided to check how much power the panels were generating. I checked the inverter a few times over the course of the day. Everything was working fine until when I checked the inverter again in the late afternoon, and I saw a “grid fault” error with the 203 code (See this photo).

I wonder if anyone has experience with this error and who I should contact to get this resolved. Should I contact SunPower or SMA? Thanks!
