Advice of solar battery options

Advertisements

We have an existing grid connected 9.25 kWh installed in 2014. 37 Hanwha HSL 60 and 37 Enphase M215 microinverters. I’m looking for stand-by backup when the grid goes out with panels charging batteries during the day. I’d like to get 20-30kWh of backup batteries if possible.

I’ve seen the horror stories on Reddit for Generac failures and tesla delays and installation cost increases after signing.

Any advice from those that have successfully installed a similar system?
