EPEVER Tracer-AN OVD Reading

Hello.

This is my first time posting here. I built a food trailer completely run on solar. It has a 48v Sealed Lead Acid battery bank.

I constructed this by the beginning of 2020 but the business never took off, and I am forced to sell it.

Back in March if this year, there was a issue with the batteries getting overcharged and corroding one of the heavy copper cables that connected between two battery terminals.

I repaired this, and read the voltage on the battery bank with my multimeter to get a good reading of 48v.

Recently (yesterday) I went to go clean up the food trailer and take some pictures to list it for sale. Upon powering on the charge controller (EPEVER Tracer-AN) it gives a OVD reading.

Does anyone know how to clear this reading? Or possibly soft reset the charge controller? It doesn’t seem to be allowing the solar array to communicate and charge the battery bank because of this error code.

The code appears each time I power the batteries on. I have the array in a disconnect, and the battery bank on a disconnect.
