After Tesla Gateway replacement, no solar edge monitoring

Hi,

My Tesla gateway (little black gateway box) failed, and my solar inverters are no longer reporting their use to solar edge. They came and replaced the gateway after a month, and now reporting is back up and working with Tesla, but it has not resumed working with the solar edge app.

I contacted Solar Edge first, and they said no data is coming from tesla, and to call them.

Tesla pointed me to their asinine policy of not supporting solar edge reporting and won’t help.

Any ideas what I need to do to resume using solar edge reporting as it is far better than tesla’s monitoring?

I’ve connected to an inverter and on the communication screen I see there is an x on one of the last steps of connecting to the zigbee gateway, I’m wondering if it’s not configured for the new gateway or if something needs to be changed further upstream that I need either company to fix.

There should be no issue with the inverters connecting to the gateway, as they are less than 2 feet away, and the gateway is hard wired to my router.
