Sunny Tripower and fluctuating grid voltage in one phase

Inverter: SMA Tripower 10000TL-20

I’ve been chasing the electricity company to fix one phase fluctuance for two months at no avail.

It’s causing the inverter to get disconnected from the grid.

It’s supposed to be 230v, but one phase drops no less than 190v.

At times, it stabilizes around 230v, and the inverter starts working correctly.

Is there any setting that can help the inverter to work still, even with one phase going low?

If not, is there any workaround without involving the electricity company?

Thanks 🙏
