I have an HD wave inverter connected to a home gateway that is connected to my internet via ethernet. I just noticed that my production hasn’t updated since May 22nd in the app. I’ve reset everything and nothing is making the production update. When I connect directly to the inverter via the app it acts like everything is fine except the ‘Monitoring data (S_OK)’ keeps spinning. Should I just call my installer tomorrow?
