I started my solar in July 2021 with PG&E as my electricity utility. I received a couple small bills after going live, but no bills since.

My PG&E account shows a negative balance from October 2021 , but nothing since. I have not had a “true up” or received a credit or check. It’s almost as if I am no longer a customer and they don’t see me as connected to the grid.

I did some research and supposedly I am to receive a monthly report since I am NEM 2. I haven’t received anything at all.

Should I just let it slide with the idea that if I go positive on useage I won’t get a bill? Has PG&E been ripping me off due to PG&E owing me money? When I ckeck my Tesla app usage I am at -5.62 MWh lifetime.

Anyone have a similar experience with PG&E?
