Silicon Valley Clean Energy NEM

Advertisements

Is anyone familiar with how Silicon Valley Clean Energy does NEM? As best I can put together:

1) You get a 1:1 credit for every excess kWh produced to offset kWh consumed. This is only applies to the generation accounting with SVCE. You still have to pay the PG&E delivery charges, but the SVCE energy portion is better than the rates with PG&E’s NEM 3

2) Any excess credits carry over month to month

3) In April (fixed SVCE annual true-up month), anyone with excess credits get paid out at 2x the net surplus compensation rate.

For knowledgeable folk, what do I have wrong?
