Quick question about Enphase IQ8As

Recently got my Enphase system up and running, and 15 of my 48 microinverters aren’t responding. They are coming out Thursday to check them out, and they have never provided data.

Question is, are these 15 microinverters providing power, and just no data, or is it likely they aren’t contributing to my system?

Just wondering. I’ve got 48 445w panels, in north Florida. Produced 57.0kWh today, wondering if I should expect additional production or not once those other 15 microinverters are reporting data.

Also, any harm in setting my Enphase batteries to 20% vs 30% minimum charge? I noticed I pull a little power early mornings right now (planning to add more batteries this year. Rumor mill said they are coming out with 15T batteries; if so, I want a pair! If not, I’ll add another pair of 10Ts)
