4 Enphase 5p batteries or 1 PW+

I’m installing solar plus batteries and it’s approximately the same price for a 9kw system with either 4 enphase 5p batteries totalling 20 kwh, or one Tesla powerwall plus with 13.5 kwh. Both systems would be setup to allow the batteries to charge from solar while the grid is down.

Neither system is sufficient for off grid living at my current house. I did off grid living with 9kw and 2 powerwalls at my old house, but my current house uses a lot more power (can’t get more panels because of roof space). Ideally I’d get two powerwalls again, but I’m unwilling to go through Tesla directly again (worst 18 months of my life!), and third party installers charge too much for a 2nd pw, so this is my choice. Advice appreciated.
